This past saturday night at the 2010 Greenhill Gala Diamond Jubilee Lite Dallas lit up the Chantilly Ballroom at the Hilton Anatole with "Bling" projections of crystal draping lining the blue washed walls which glowed vividly throughout the room. The Ballroom doors opened to reveal an oversized Crystal Chandelier that set the tone throughout the evening.

Carly's Carnival at the Four Seasons, Las Colinas

It was an honor to work with Carol Abram and her team from Amazing Events to create the ultra modern "Carly's Carnival" at the Four Seasons Hotel and Resort. Carly's Carnival wasn't your average carnival, it was full of excitement with a fully controlled LED dance floor, paper lanterns suspended throughout the ballroom, and two 100 inch plasma walls flanking the main stage set up for live feed, photo montages and other fun event images. The dance floor was full all night thanks to the rocking tunes from Icehouse. In addition to the main ballroom, the festivities carried on throughout the foyer and promenade with midway games all the way up to laser tag. Enjoy the photos above.

Dallas Affairs provided the cake, the entertainment for the evening was Professor D, the dinner for the evening was catered by Food Beyond the Box and the gorgeous floral was from Junior at Garden Gate! The special touch for the evening was a labor of love piece of art work that the Mother of the Bride spent the last year creating... a hand beaded table cloth that the cake sat on throughout the evening. Together, the New York and Chicago Rita Hayworth Galas have raised more than $53 million to benefit the efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association. We are delighted to have Dallas host the first new Rita Hayworth Gala in 25 years!

Capital for Kids at Sons of Hermann Hall

"A Night at the Roadhouse" was the theme Thursday night for the Capital for Kids fundraiser dinner at Sons of Hermann Hall in Deep Ellum. Alison and Nelson along with the wonderful DFW Events team led the organization for the event! It was a a fabulous evening catered by Abacus Restaurant while Three Fools on Stools entertained guests throughout the evening. It was a country themed throw down with authentic BBQ, rustic decorations with pure Texas style, all in an authentic, historical building. Thank you to the Capital for Kids Campaign for allowing Lite Dallas to be a part of such a great event with rich purpose!

A Night in Morocco- Greer Garson Gala

For nearly two decades, Texas Health Presbyterian Foundation has hosted a signature fundraising event named after Greer Garson, the late Academy Award-winning actress and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas supporter. While glitz and glam have found a home at the annual Greer Garson Gala, it is the cause that really draws a crowd. Net proceeds from the Gala have benefited two important areas of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas: Parkinson's disease research and programs and women's and infant's services. More than $1 million has been raised for these programs. In 2008, the event netted more than $280,000, the largest amount to date. In 2009, event co-chairs Kara and Austin Adam and Jeannie and Nathan Denton aim to raise at least $250,000 for Parkinson's research and programs and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Texas Health Dallas. The generous spirit of our underwriters, silent and live auction donors, and ticket patrons helps turn dreams into reality for the programs supported by the Greer Garson Gala. The Hilton Anatole catered the entire event and Encore Center Stage provided the entertainment for the evening. The Reverend Al Green rocked the house Saturday night at the Ft. Worth Omni Hotel and the LITE Dallas Team was there for all of it! Ryan and the crew worked alongside Nelson Robinson of Stage Works Designs and Mary Frances Hurt of DFW Events to pull off this incredible event! Happy 50th to Iris Moore! What a surprise birthday and what a production!

Nelson and his team pulled off the complete transformation of the Omni ballroom into an outdoor evening setting under the stars and an absolutely stunning club- complete with one of the greatest soul singers! The very incredible father & son photography team of David and Luke Edmonson captured the entire night on camera. Floral was brought in by Todd Events, while the catering was provided in-house by the Omni.

It is a night the Lite Team will not forget!

LITE Dallas hit the streets of downtown Saturday night for a fabulous reception at the Nasher Sculpture Center honoring Dee and Diane! We had a great time creating an eclectic, outdoor lighting mix that accentuated the already beautiful garden and evening- even amidst the rain! A big thank you to the Susan Graham Designs team who organized the event and provided floral! The Project provided the entertainment for the evening, Scott Hagar captured all the photography and Charlotte Gannon with Wolfgang Puck provided catering.

Ryan and Claire ran all over Dallas Saturday night, finishing up at The Adolphus for the Fowler/Lynch Wedding Reception. A big thank you to the Fowler's for letting us come in and be a part of the celebration! We are so grateful to Jessica Furlow at the Adolphus for all of her hard work and coordinating the event. The Cake Guys did a beautiful job on the bride and groom cakes, while Ribbons and Roses did an incredible job with the floral arrangements! It was great seeing Stephanie and Joseph Mark at the event, we would have loved to catch up with Joseph, but he was busy photographing the couple's reception. And last but not least, Emerald City Band did a great job keeping guests entertained late into the night.

The floral arrangements were provided by Garden Gate Floral Designs, thank you Junior, and the cakes were provided by Arlington Hall's in house chefs at Frosted Art. Gary with F8 did a fabulous job on photography. Bullet Proof Brass did a great job entertaining the guests late into the night, while Soulbox Productions filmed the whole thing! Thank you everyone for all your hard work, it is always enjoyable working alongside you! Thanks again to the happy couple, we are thrilled we were able to help make your evening memorable. The bride had some creative ideas that in the end we were able to pull off- we only hope you liked it as much as we did! Floating umbrella's hanging from the ceiling... there is always a first!
